I have been exhausted and irritated the past couple of days. My head has been pounding. I’ve been taking my Wegovy as usual. Maybe I am getting keto flu? Hard to say. I have cut carbs, or rather, gone very “low” carb. However, I did binge a little bit yesterday and try out a new restaurant nearby called China Yi.

This place serves really tasty, affordable, family-style Chinese food. The menu has a great selection of every kind of protein or meat you’d likely want. There are also lunch specials and family dinner combos.


My family and I ordered Dinner B, which comes with your choice of soup, 2 egg rolls, 2 fried shrimp, and 2 crab rangoon.






You then get to choose 3 different dishes from the list they provide. There is also a choice of chow mien or rice. I ordered an extra appetizer, though: spicy edamame. It was a good choice.



Even though I ate more than I usually do, I didn’t feel nauseous. Since I have been on Wegovy, if I eat more than a fist-sized portion, I feel super uncomfortable. I didn’t this time, though. I am not sure if that is a good or bad thing.
I am still at 200 lbs. Not really a big surprise since it has only been a couple of days, and I did a considerable amount of eating at China Yi. I’ve added fiber supplements, and I drink more than 2 liters of water a day.
On a side note… My new meta glasses arrived today. I can’t wait to use them to start making better videos. I’ve been using my GoPro to film, but it’s been difficult. My camera has been overheating and then shutting off. I film stuff for YouTube, then end up not posting it because it doesn’t feel good enough. I suppose I am my own harshest critic, though.
